13 [spoiler]I'm okay. Some of my tech's at work are not thinking. Calling w "can't do my work 'cause xxx" , but they didn't do something when the system prompted them 2 months ago. Now they're stuck.Self-created drama and it's my "urgent" problem to solve. Grrr.[/spoiler]
