Blackhammer
For PvE its the best special weapon for any situations
( scrubs that cant aim has to use icebreaker )

Only on vanguard ROC

Dont forget CE hard raid and VoG hard raid Blackhammer is still usefull alot more then other special weapons ;)

I still prefer the ammo regen for CE. Agree that atheon hates the Black Hammer though haha
