You never shoot a rocket directly at an enemy. You shoot the floor beneath him. That is how you make any Rocket Launcher - tracking or not - effective.
"this generation" I was born in the early 90's stupid. Don't get mad at me because I fail to recognize your shitty arena shooters. I wasn't born in the 70's or 80's like you and btw since you're proclaiming you're this old I think you need a new hobby.
Gaming is a hobby, why would I change it? I'm a 90's kid too. Arena Shooters like Unreal Tournament 2004 and Quake. came out in the 2000's. The fact that you don't know what it is kills me a little inside. I wouldn't be surprised though; with the vast amounts of CoD and Battlefield, it's hard to find any good shooters out there. You don't even have to have knowledge about Arena Shooters to know it's common sense to shoot a rocket at the feet for maximum blast radius.
Unless your Rocket proximity detonates.
