Hunger of Crota and Gjally should have priority as RLs, and IceBreaker and Suros certainly higher priority exotics, but I'd vault it, then upgrade it later on in the space between now and House of Wolves.

If you have Ghorn or even Truth I would shard it. Not worth leveling as there are better launchers.

Level it it's a great launcher ignore the ghorn elitist who think ghorn reigns over all it doesn't. If you took away the first tracking perk ghorn wouldn't be worth a shit

Except, you know, more often than not I don't aim down sights when shooting it...So that effect isn't triggered.
