You inferred an awful lot from Bungie basically just saying "mistakes won't be repeated".

Yeah and I like that vendor gear won't be leveled up. It just makes raids pointless and I don't agree with the arguments of well what about the PVP players they can't or won't do raids to get to the level cap. Well this game isn't built for just PVP the game is pretty much 80% PVE so any PVP arguments is invalid. If you just play destiny for PVP then this isn't your game anyways.
