I'm not implying that they HAVE to use it, but that they DO sometimes.
Most people I know, wear it, because they want to look prettier than they already do some days.
I'm simply saying that it is a hassle to deal with, and it gets messy.

I think some people just look worse when they use it. And I understand that a lot of people do, are you saying you would if you were female? Would you rep that booty?

If i were a female, i probably would use it on occasions. I know some that look horrendous with it, and others look absolutely stunning, since it enhances their beauty, when used correctly. I would rep for da booty.
