I've heard that "carry more heavy" stacks but I can only carry 7 rockets with or without second piece of armor with the perk. 7 on an unfriendly giant, dragons breath but for some reason I can carry 8 rockets on my admonisher III with just one "carry more heavy" perk. Does anyone else have this same issue? Also anyone else notice Admonisher carries an extra rocket? It carried 8 right out of the box, has the "tripod" perk but that wasn't unlocked before I noticed extra rocket, dragons breath can only carry 7 with tripod so I'm guessing that's irrelevant.
