Yes the decent part is that we are in a constant war the government refuses to tell the public about we voted for a president just because he is black *in the least racial way possible * and there are thousands of homeless veterans sleeping on the streets. Key word, decent. Decent is not a highly regarded word for ultimate excellence. There are far worse places than America, but it's not the best.
