I think Randall the vandal was reincarnated. I found a hive knight called "celebrant of crota" that attacked the same way as Randall and he took multiple Gjallahorn shots and then 5 whole clips of "Song of ir yût".

He used to guard the seraphim vault where Rasputin hides but he is not there anymore since CE came out. WHere did you find him?

I found him in front of rasputins bunker. But I guess I got lucky.

Ive come across him a few times in that area now. I think he just has a very low spawn rate.
