Because it's chaotic, uncoordinated, and too full of overpowered characters for there to be any real challenge. Every "problem" would (and does) get solved almost as soon as it happens. It's a little boring, to be honest. There's a crisis every two minutes.
Plus, when one person starts a thread, someone else usually takes control of it, which derails any plans the OP may have had (looking at you, Cap). An example would be your sith killing spree.
What killing spree?
And.. Here is a quote i read somewhere but can't remember where
If everyone is over powered.. Then nobody is over powered
...Nobody except the bad guys. Which is how it's been so far. The only way to make them a challenge is to overpower them, too. And then we'd basically be playing Power Rangers: the forum.
A game consisting entirely of epic, world-destroying, Galactus-meets-Unicron battles might have appealed to me at age twelve, but these days I like a little more plot, and limited characters.
Kinda.. but imagine an open world game, with various worlds both futuristic and medieval. Where the main lobby is the hotel and it can get attacked by different monsters, people doing quests on the huge world to dominate territories from other factions? (Like the floodzone bar could be another faction)
