But how much fun is the raid after running it multiple times or you've already gotten all the gear you want? If you still want to continue in PvE, there is currently just about nothing to make your time worth while until the light level cap is increased.

The hard raid drops shortly. Then you can work towards obtaining all the elemental damage guns

The raid is more fun that playing crucible that's been renamed to iron banner and takes 48299 wins to reach a high enough rank to buy anything decent.

The whole game isn't all about 'getting good gear' all the time, for me at least. The Iron Banner offers a new style of PvP while a Raid is still continuous, it doesn't change.

Unfortunately it is. Until you've got the top gear I'm always working towards that. Iron banner isn't a lot different to normal pvp so I only played it for the gear.
