True! U must wait for the 2nd or 3rd vandal respawn to face him off.

It took 5 normal vandals till I saw him. I beat him with the blade of crota.

For me was only 1-2 vandals and i beat him 4 times this week.

I wanna keep facing him. I wish bungie could actually name that vandal "Randal The Vandal" every time he spawns.

I just fought him again right now but I lowered my character to 20 and used cydonia-ar3 and he killed me twice...my god he's strong!

It's a good thing he wasn't fully removed. But seriously! He needs to be a strike mission or something lol a bounty maybe.
