If anybody is wondering why I've not done any art in a little minute, it's because I was building this beautiful/stubborn drafting table.

No under light, and If you mean physically, yes it can support them. Digitally? Well, it has no electronic features.

Physically, yes. and no underlight is a tad sucky. I WILL BUY A LAMP!
