Beats lucky round, Milligan, and other terrible perks tho doesn't it?

It can only have 5 perks in the final slot: Third eye, Mulligan, Grenadier, Rangefinder and Firefly. Third eye and mulligan being the worst and choosing between them I'd rather have mulligan but that's just my opinion.

Personal preference. outlaw if all u need on a SR but I guess someone else will say "I don't need it, I have chains of woe" so idgaf anymore... third eye is good in certain situations.

After having firefly on my Ghaleons Demise I can say that is a big help (and loads of fun :p). I'm still eyeing the scout rifle at the crucible which is basically a VoC with outlaw, HC rounds (helps in comibnation with firefly), firefly, 15 (!) points more range, 5 points less stability and 9 points more reload.
