Has anyone received a scout rifle with the full auto perk as a gift? If so could you put it as your primary for all of us to see? Thank you!

one guy did earlier it also had firefly and explosive rounds

No. One does not simply get 3 rolled perks on a legendary weapon. 2 is the max.
