I got... The Devil You Don't w/ Outlaw, Crowd Control, stability perk, explosive rounds.
Besides the low magazine size (5) not completely terrible.

Outlaw might make it usable in pve if you're really good with hand canon precision shots

If u coulda subbed that stability perk for field scout it would have been godly

I have one with field scout and kills return ammo directly to the magazine

On the 300 damage HC's from Vanguard and Crucible Field Scout gave you a whopping 1 extra round, but the magazine's were already quite large. Does this improve when you start with only 5 or does it bump your capacity to a whole SIX rounds? because damn that's just SO much better! haha
