I did deathsinger with four people. Two of whom had never done it before, but I told them how simple it was and we got it on the second go around. It's not hard. Total time with four people was about 10 minutes, and then I put the crota checkpoint on all of my characters.

Yep. This is what we usually do to. I'm not going to do deathsinger 3x for no rewards. I'll do it once though for sure.
