Explosive rounds are actually really bad because they distribute the damage you would normally do which stops you from getting prec kills, thus negating the effectiveness of firefly.

Only buying this because VOC has full auto perk, so not completely off the table for Scout Rifles, and the fact that my best gaming friend has a "Nail in the Coffin" (yes that's the full form of the abbreviation) with Firefly and Explosive rounds acquired in the 'wild' through a Legendary engram drop. Great get, OP.

I always thought it was 'Neck in the Can', seeing as Scout rifles basically behead ads with head shots. At least, that was my original interpretation.
