I have Another NITC with those perks. Nicknamed it "The Horde Killer" because it just f***ing decimates enemies standing together. Four or five shells to wipe out a pack of 10-15 Thrall or two rounds to take out 5 Vex Goblins marching together is just good ammo economy.
