Usually my teammates will ask me to turn it on for nightfall and raids. The rest of the time I use a more defensive setup. Everything has its place. I think it lets my team be more aggressive knowing I can save us all.

It makes your team be more complacent, not more aggressive. There's an important difference.

Fair enough... I never mind being asked to do it. Me being safe and letting them go crazy just balances the team out. I still get my kills. I get your point too though.
