I can't make suggestions for everything, but I can give advice for some things.
1. Find a way to stop smoking weed. At the very least cut down on it. You don't have to go cold turkey, but definitely start cutting back. You might want to schedule times for gaming as well, but pot is certainly the more destructive habit here. Weed can make you okay with doing nothing. You clearly want to do something.
2. Go running. If you're not in shape it might be a bit hard at first, but keep at it. It'll make you stronger, both physically and mentally. Exercise can help to pull you out of depression. It might even be useful to fill the void left by pot. Also, dem post-workout aches are the best kind of pain. That pain > current pain.
3. Remember, suicide is not worth it. Depression makes life seem impossible. It's not. It's a trick of the mind. Their is a reason why it's an illness. You might not see it, but somewhere out there is a combination of actions that will lead to you feeling better. You may have to work for it, you may just eventually change on your own. I'd recommend working towards to get the highest probable chance that you'll change. Life is beautiful in it's own way. Don't let being sick take that from you.
4. Tell someone you know who can give you support. This can be a school counselor, a parent, a friend, anyone. Talking it out with someone can help put things in perspective and heightens the chance that you'll be able to get help. Remember, you don't have to suffer in silence. This is an illness. You probably don't stay quiet when you have a stomach bug, so don't be quiet about this.
5. OP, it gets better. I promise. Pay no attention to the asshats.
