5 of my ghosts were obtained by glitching into future DLC. 2 can be found by sparrow glitching through a wall in the rocketyard on earth and 3 can be found by glitching into the gravity lift in the junction by the citadel on Venus.

Do you actually get more grimoire score sir for obtaining the ones in the rocket yard?

Yep. They are actually in Kings' Watch but the glitch to get to there is in rocketyard.

Do not get the glitched ghosts they are traps set to get you banned

You are thinking of the blue ghost skin in kings watch, it's ok to grab the dead ghosts.
