Nice. I now have 68. But I keep seeing people saying 70 or more. The math says 68 should be the total from the vanilla and the dlc. For those that have more than 68, where'd you find them (without glitching areas)?

I got 69 never glitched i dont know where i get the ghost i would like to know how people get to 70 or 75
