What kind of reasonable Person would not understand that the Probability-Argument was only there for people claiming: "It`s not my fault when my cat/mommy dc`s the connection exact at the moment when Crota goes down" Now tell me again how your network stats will show which person on the client side did the DC...

  • Doesn't matter, there's no way to prove it, therefore the user was cheating. We both agree the person was cheating, yet you're currently defending the argument of the opposition. Are you stupid?

  • Probability isn't proof. So say you go with "probability", and you ban a few users who just had remarkably untimely disconnects. Was it worth it to you to drop a hammer on exploiting users, even if a few innocents have a hammer drop on them too? Hell, PSN was down for 4 days during the holidays. Just consider that "time served" for all. BOOM.
