I would honestly prefer one that has:
Last round(small mag maybe 5-6?)
Send it.
Spray and play.
What perks do you look for?

I think outlaw is an absolute best for hand cannons. Field scout and perfect balance are also really helpful. I don't like small mags and the whole last round perk I personally don't like either.
