Seems like it could be hard to prove it being intentional. Unless you're retarded and make a YouTube video showing how to do it with everyone's screen name. Otherwise, could they tell if it was an intentional drop and not typical drop?
Ps; haven't even tried the new raid yet, and have no plans to cheese him. For the record :)

It would be really easy to tell the difference between someone having multiple random disconnects and a player consistently disconnecting 2 minutes into the Crota fight but having no other network issues.
