Not sure why everyone is ripping on you, seems all you did was highlight the important aspects of the EULA. I suppose the ones below who feel they can't or won't be banned are frustrated that regardless of what their feelings or understandings are of the system they are still in violation. You can be banned for dashboard crashing on purpose, the server side knows it was user commanded, all it requires is the 3 strike rule.
