The only rule is that you can't use gamebreaking weapons that just flat out kill almost everything. Everything else is A-OK. No rules. All fun.

The Curled Deserts of Africa discover a way to harvest energy from dark matter, creating Subspace. This energy is used in my ships laser weapons. It is also extremely strong energy shield- it is immune to CLB breakage.

A breakthrough has been made that allows a non-harmful and nigh indestructible variant of Tiberium to be created. It has been implemented in the armour of ships, vehicles and personnel. Should a ship, soldier or vehicle be captured, the Tiberium can be remotely 'detonated', making it harmful once more and killing the occupants of the vehicle or the soldier.
