From what I've seen/heard, by killing the sword of crota on earth & completing the fist of crota mission. I believe you can now get it from Eris as a reward from a specific 'husk' titled bounty. There could be more ways, but those are confirmed so far. It's not something that will drop on the first try, so expect to try a few times. GL
