I'm saying the DoT and faster reload buff is fine but not the stability and 3 extra clip

It needed the extra 3 rounds, I'm sorry. Most people don't even take the stability perk.. it's pretty unnecessary.

It always had the stability perk, they gave it more base stability in the buff so you have leas recoil without even needing that perk

the 3 extra bullets was needed as far as the stability upgrade its hardly noticeable
