Oh yeah? I'm about to unlock that perk. I hadn't heard that it was bad though. I guess I'll see soon enough.

it's not bad for lining up your first shot but after that it's been relatively useless for me. I just keep it because its my only arc sniper.

Can you scope in to gain invisibility than scope out and stay invisible for a few seconds?

nope.. haven't tried using it with the hunter buff that increased invisibility effects though
