I'm a 30 with the raid helm and IB boots. Of course after I made thirty I get two pair of raid boots in the same hm raid.

I also remember smashing lvl 30s as a 26 in the IB. I was leveling all the raid gear I had. To be honest lvl 30 is just a cap for another two weeks. If you care that much about leveling go play WOW you cry Babies
