...demonstrates mastery across all disciplines, rather than just mastery of cheesing the raid.

My only participation in the IB was to do bounties, lo and behold I easily hit rank 5 with the use of tempered. The playlist was a joke, it wasn't a grind, it's was an easy way to give people level 30. That said I don't care how you got it, more people to raid with. Quit being such a horrible -blam!-ing community.
