Raid gear- they did the raid, IB gear- they did Iron Banner. That's it. I don' know what they did or how skilled they are. They could be awesome raiders or they cheesed Atheon and got carried through it. They could be awesome at PvP or they could've gotten carried through Iron Banner.

No... I suck at pvp. It shows I can grind wins like any other fool. I feel much prouder of my vault gear.

2 RepliesTo me level doesn't matter it's the player. I beater many level 30s on the IB and have been able to do the VoG better than some 30s. However I also have many 30 friends who I respect greatly. Gear doesn't matter just the person with the controller.

Currently a 28 with IB arm/leg gear, an exotic chest, and no raid armor (All I get is Found Verdict and freaking Timebreaker). Swiggity swelmet I'm comin' for dat raid helmet.

I got all my characters to level 5 in IB but didn't buy any of the armor because I already have all the raid gear. So whatever.

Lol But seriously tell me this I just got my final piece of raid gear in week 9 for my hunter (first character) I raided every week on the hunter and never got fully geared till week 9. That's nine weeks! Now people in iron banner can get geared in one week? Do the math 9 weeks is a bit more dedication then one. I understand that some people get fully geared in 2 runs but that was not the case for me thus for I am mad that there are sooooooooo many 30's around now :(

Let me start deleting my 18 exotic weapons (14 of which are maxed), All maxed out exotic Hunter Gear, and my 4 sets of raid gear to max out Discipline and Intellect. Should I delete my 530 ascendant shards and 319 Ascendant energy while I'm at since I'm a failed account? [spoiler]Joke[/spoiler]

Yeah sorry mate. I grinded the banner for my lvl 28 Hunter and lvl 28 warlock I didn't feel like doing it for my lvl 30 titan

Many on-line games find many players in the exact same spot in the game, be it level, gear, trophies, etc. Some gamers have such fragile egos that wrap up so much of their IRL self worth into a video game they desperately seek alternate takes on reality that makes them somehow "better" than someone else in the exact same spot.... in their minds. They make up cute names for stuff, twist and rationalize in really contorted ways all in a desperate grab for a little ego self-stroking. While it is all rather transparent, it is also very amusing. The only persons stats, gear or how they got it that matter to me are mine.
