Can the iron banner weapons drop even if your teams loses? Does having a higher iron banner rank increase your chances.

Completely random. Win or lose, rank 1 or rank 5, your chances on a drop will be the same.

Ok, that's nice to know. But a little discouraging to know I have had chances at drops this hole time and still haven't gotten the MG.

I feel your pain. I'm rank 5 and bought literally everything from the iron banner guy and I'm still waiting on the machine gun drop :/
