Comparing it's fire rate to footage I recorded of Crucible matches pre-patch, I can't say there's any discernible difference in fire rate. I would need to compare the two side by side and unless there's an easy way to do that on the PS4,... I'd rather go play some games that go through the rigmarole to do it on my PC :P

If you unequip it then re equip it that issue gets corrected (sometimes)

I did notice it shot normally (pre-patch quickness) the first few shots. Then slowed down. I'll have to try again tomorrow.

Seriously? Ugh... Pocket Infinity was FINE after the prior round of nerfs. Guess I'm not going to be winning as many fights on reaction anymore.

Only thing the slower fire rate is good for is the fusion rifle bounty. You have just under a second to line up the next shot.
