TLW is the same. Thorn APPARENTLY did. But it's all just rumor really. Exotic Buff update is being announced this Thursday.

Someone did say it was just a rumor and at least for TLW, still does the same damages for body and head shots. Will test out later on today, in the mean time, does anyone definitively know for sure? If it's true, hope they fix it soon.

I don't see a difference with the Thorn. I'm o n Xbone. I tested it out and same numbers as before.

Have you done the update on the X1 already? I read some say the update on the X1 I'm has been delayed til they fix a few problems on the Playstation version of the update.

I'm on Xbone and I tested it out. No nerf effecting me with the Hand Cannons.
