Once 16 i focussed on bounties, and got some help with some of the harder ones, like kill 10 hive ultras/majors. I hit 20 at the end of the last story mission, was timely and nice but it wouldn't have happened without a bit of help, and doing some patrol missions as well - this was 2nd char BTW.
