A week as the minimum time? Seriously? I think my first char took me something like 4 hours to hit 20. Did stories till I was like level 12 then accidentally went afk in front of the loot cave before I new it was the loot cave (took my dog to the park). Got home from the dog park I was back at the title screen and level 20.
