The Empire begins forced conscription of 40% of it's civilian population. The Imperial Legion (Not counting the Sith Order or non-combat personnel) now numbers 10,000,000,000 strong. The Empire begins taking millions civilian children to induct them into either the Sith Order or the Promeathean Storm Reaper program.
