Level 32 and the Dark Below [DLC]

Hi all / Bungie, just a quick and simple question: will I be able to reach Lvl 32 and gain the appropriate gear with high enough Light-Level without raiding? Thx a lot for an answer :)

I would say no but I'm sure the light levels for your current Exotic gear will be raised to the light cap of the new raid gear.
