That would be awesome or at least a timed respawnable world boss that drops gear or a rare world boss either planets or all.

That WOULD be awesome. Would add a great challenge.

Definately. I'm picturing something similar to the quest in DAoC for the Malice's Axe artifact weapon. If you never played daoc it was I believe a multi-stage quest where a boss would spawn I believe once a week and you would have to catch him spawned. And then slay him and receive your artifact. Something similar to that but more modernized.
