IDEA FOR A NEW EXOTIC!!
There should be an exotic sniper that has the UNIQUE ability to temporarily blind whomever it hits! It shall be called Blinding rage/ or light. The stats should have a low fire rate , impact , and low ammo. What do you think?

That's so overpowered. It would be abused in PvP and would probably get nerfed immediately
