Wrong, dlc has nothing to do with locked areas on disc

Areas already locked and blocked off in the game currently available. People finding ways to access those completed areas. People finding a bug letting them look at every Dark Below and House of Wolves DLC mission/strike/raid that already features names, descriptions, locations, level requirements, etc. Sure sounds like on disc DLC to me!
