Minimum wage in Canada (where I reside) is 10 bucks, so basically the dlc is equivalent 2hrs at work before taxes for even the lowest paid employee in my home country. To me that is totally justifiable. I personally am in my 30's and have a solid career so it's about half an hour at work for me which is a no brainer for an aesthetically beautiful game with wonderful shooting mechanics and an inventive gear leveling system.
