I must've missed something I looked at that page in the article but I didn't see where it says xbox players have to wait a year to get half the dlc

Not sure what info you're looking for... it's been known since the summer at least that the two expansions were going to include PS exclusives.

Honestly I had no idea that the expansions would I just knew the starting stuff would be alot different. Thanks for the info though
