I think what he meant was the someone from Blizzard should speak to someone at Activision and convince them to let Bungie do as they please. I do not blame Bungie for anything.

Activision are the publishers. They put a lot of money into this game, so they'll have the final, or equal, vote as to what the consumers recieve. Content and pricing.
