Does Bungie ever respond? Do they ever help?

So aside the ridiculous amount of error codes I was also not awarded my Strange Coins after the LV. 28 weekly Heroic. Please give me a simple idea who I contact to get my 9 coins before XUR leave. For once, once help me out here Bungie.
