What is the true purpose behind the cryptarch?
Seriously what is his true role from beginning to end? When we level him up what is the purpose? Is it only to get more engrams for free? Is it to get better quality items from all engrams turned into him? Is it just there to trick me into hoping I get a purple engram? And do yellow/gold engrams exist outside of buying them from Xür?
