Probably right, but if Bungie are taking note they have to see this as a issue.

Doesn't matter unless they take it to Activision who is the reason for the DLC requirement for the continued story. Odds are it'll get lost here on the forums and never happen. We have to remember we are dealing with two titans of the gaming industry here and Activision very rarely gives its gamers what they ask for free.
